Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

You may collect your order or we can courier to you. Once your goods have been handed over to the courier you will receive a notification from the courier via email and or SMS.

Please note our lead time for dispatch does not include the time the courier takes to deliver. Delivery with the courier is generally 2 – 4 working days depending on the area.

We apologize if any unforeseen delays which may occur with the courier, this is not often the case.

Returns:

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. We always do our outmost to only bring you the best quality. Should you, however, not be happy with your purchase please return within 7 days of the item being delivered. Please notify us by mailing info@thenordiccollection.co.za. We only accept returns on goods that are in the same intact condition as they were sent. Should you wish to return your goods please send us an e-mail with proof of purchase. Return is at your own cost. After we receive your goods, and your order has been approved for a refund, we will refund you via EFT within 7 working days.

We reserve the right to cancel a paid order if the particular item is unexpectedly unavailable. Refund will be made within 7 working days.
